Florida Man Arrested in Connection with Explosive Packages

Authorities have apprehended a Florida man in connection to the explosive packages sent to prominent Democrats.

The arrest came shortly after another package addressed to Senator Cory Booker was identified and intercepted by the FBI.

The individual has been identified as Cesar Sayoc, 56.

He was in a white van in a south Florida parking lot when he was surrounded and apprehended by authorities; his vehicle, which was covered in Trump propaganda, was also confiscated.

An additional package was also intercepted en route to CNN’s offices in New York and addressed to former intelligence authority James Clapper.

Each package has listed Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz as the return address.

Thankfully, none of the devices have detonated and no one has been injured thus far; that being said, the FBI is still treating each device as though it were live.

The FBI has made it clear that it is very possible that more packages are still making their way through the postal system.

Packages have been discovered across the country and each one was sent to a vocal critic of President Donald Trump.

Many are calling the incident an act of domestic terrorism.
